INSTALLATION GUIDE FOR
Fire TV
Download and install Downloader, then open it and approve the required permission.
Enter the Downloader code supplied in your IPTV Israel Guide activation message.
Wait until the player file has downloaded, then choose Install.
Open the IPTV player and select Add Playlist, or scan its QR code when that option is available.
Enter your Xtream Codes login details and select Add Playlist. If you used a QR code, complete the sign-in from your phone.

Check your connection
Use a stable 15–20 Mbps connection for HD, or at least 30 Mbps for 4K.
Verify login details
Usernames, passwords and server addresses are case-sensitive. Remove accidental spaces.
Update and restart
Update the player, then restart both your device and internet router before testing again.
Clear the app cache
Clear the player app cache, reopen it and refresh the playlist or programme guide.
Avoid VPN conflicts
If a separate VPN is active and playback fails, disable it temporarily and test again.
Try a wired connection
On a television or box, Ethernet can provide steadier performance than crowded Wi-Fi.
